Our famous smoked salmon is cold smoked, typically at 30°C
(approx 80°F). The cold smoking does not cook the fish,
resulting in a delicate texture using a blander style of woods.

Irish smoked salmon is considered a delicacy.
It is prized for its meaty flavour and naturalness.
